Oddy's Founder
The Resource directory was created by Jill LouAllen--
A proud Bronxite, autism mom, and A'Lelia Bundles Community Scholar.
Jill knows the system from the inside—as a parent and as an advocate.
After navigating the maze of disability services herself, she set out to build the tool she wished existed: one clear, trusted place for families to find real support.
Blending her tech background with years of advocacy work, Jill created a streamlined guide to programs, services, and resources across New York City.
Her belief is simple: no family should feel lost, overwhelmed, or alone—and with the right tools, they don’t have to.
